August in review

The month of August ended with PR’s in mileage (57.3) and in the gym (2019 pushups).

What lies ahead?

September 1 marked the first appearance of the F2P 4 man relay team. These 3 Speeders and a Clydesdale came in 17^th overall and were the 3^rd men's open team to cross the finish line with a time of 1:43:39 (and did it in STYLE).

 

 

 The group also brought home some hardware in the form of the I ran “The ATL” Hype Award presented by The Running Nerds.

The faces of F2P are working to build the brand for future events starting with 13.1 Boston September 16, 2012.

 

ALL work n no Blogs

Been so busy with school, family and work I have neglected blogger. Well I am back and will work on 1 or 2 blogs monthly to update my stats.

I have always liked writting. I am very exited to have the chance to write for 13.1 Marathon company and have my words read by my fellow runners.
