In 2008 after being diagnosed with SLEEP APNEA and HYPERTENSION I had to make a life change. That year I joined the gym. In 2009 I started the challenge (50millionpoundchallenge.com) In 2010 I left the treadmill and HIT THE ROAD. Ran my first 5K January 2010, first 6K April 2010, first 10K May 2010. My goal for 2011 is my first 1/2 Marathon. 99 pounds down so far and chasing 250
